We are looking for a Conversion Specialist to join our impact squad

As a Conversion Specialist you know how to scan customer journeys and funnels to find touch points which need improvement. 

That means:

  • You’re responsible for all conversion optimization activities for Direct Impact and our clients

  • You know how to create persona's, customer / B2B segments

  • You have experience preferably with e-commerce & SaaS both B2C and B2B

  • You have understanding of basic A/testing using tools such as Hotjar / Google Optimize

  • You are totally scanning and auditing customer journeys

  • You are always on the look-out for new ways to improve overall conversion

  • You underline your choices with clear reasoning and unquestionable data

  • You build, measure and learn: experimenting is the key to great results

  • You share your insights, learnings and the results

  • You continuously stay up to date with new developments

09:00 Coffee

09:01 Open Google Analytics and scan the most relevant data

09:10 Coffee

09:11 Check Mixpanel, Supermetrics, Firebase, Hotjar for data outliers

10:00 Turn harvested data into actionable insights and advise clients on next steps 

11:30 Together with the A/B test specialist create some new next level tests

12:00 Have lunch in a way that optimizes vitamin & proteïne intake

13:00 Read blogs on CRO developments

14:00 Create some "how to's" for our clients to better understand the data they look into

16:00 Grab some brown paper and some post-its and map out a customer journey for a client

17:00 Take the train home

Requirements

We ask

  • A few years' of experience as conversion specialist

  • You understand customer journeys and creating persona's / segments

  • You to develop your talent by continuously learning and experimenting

  • You to unleash your passion and drive while always taking full ownership for everything you do

  • That you’re already somewhat experienced with A/B testing

  • That you have excellent language skills in both Dutch and English

  • That you love data and have a talent for great analysis

  • That you can stay firm on content without jeopardizing professional relations

  • That you are able to see the big picture but also have eye for detail
